A limited podcast series that answers the question, What happens when you simply just give homeless youth money? Told through the stories of policy makers, community experts, service providers, and most importantly the young people themselves.

Series Description: A deep dive into the revolutionary idea of giving everyone a guaranteed income, specifically focusing on how it impacts young people. We explore the history, philosophy, real-world experiments, and the fight for economic justice.

Objective: The podcast aims to educate listeners about direct cash transfers and universal basic income programs, using the perspective of one of the first direct cash transfers for young people experiencing homelessness. It will analyze wage inequity and its impact on young people, explore the challenges and benefits of direct cash transfer programs, and provide a critical, journalistic perspective rather than a full endorsement.
